Production workflow
Each program begins with the intended use and commercial specification, then moves through sampling, material preparation, sewing, inspection and packaging.
Review intended use, materials, dimensions, construction, branding, packaging and cost targets before sampling.
Translate the approved sample into material, workmanship and packaging requirements for the sewing lines.
Inspect incoming materials and semi-finished products, then complete final review and the agreed packing format.
Audit cooperation
Chenry Bags does not currently hold BSCI, Sedex or ISO certification. The factory can cooperate with customers that require a BSCI, Sedex, ISO or other audit or certification process for a confirmed program.
We do not present audit reports or certificates that the factory has not obtained.
Requirements can be reviewed with the customer before arranging the relevant process.
Quality work is supported by a standard inspection manual and inspection records.

The active factory area is approximately 3,600 m², with an additional 7,200 m² currently reserved for future use.
